Sleep study went well, I received a Luna G3 and felt like I was suffocating. My follow up appointments he never reviewed my CPAP machine data to help me improve but kept charging me $200 for a 5 minute conversation. I pointed it out but he recommended I try a nose mask, face masks - which nothing ever fixed. Now I'm starting over at another sleep facility who doesn't even support Luna G3. They only use Resmed which is top tier...I don't recommend Dr. Maxwell
STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PRACTICE. THEY WONT FOLLOW UP ON YOUR RESULTS. O STARS. GHOSTING 101
Not a great experience. I've been using his office for over 5 years. I never met him or spoke to him until last year which was virtually and he seemed unaware that I had been his patient for years. Now, they are billing me outside of insurance for the information from my machine that I could have provided for free. I will be seeking a new practice. My insurance denied their claim for the charge they are charging me for. I will be disputing this charge and hopefully insurance will step up and tell them I do not need to pay it... read more
I had an at home sleep test with Dr. Maxwell back in 2019, and I needed to retest last week because I finally got good insurance. I decided to go back to his office since I tested with him 5 years ago and had a great experience. So, I scheduled a virtual appointment with Dr. Maxwell, he joined right at the appointment time, and was incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable in the field.
