I’m currently in the process of reporting the Grapevine office. Because they have failed to give me any medication to treat my gestational diabetes. I was without for 16days. Couldn’t get a call back, was calling and emailing asking for help and NO ONE WAS DOING THERE JOB. I even had 2 telephone check up scheduled to see how I was supposed to be doing on insulin but the sad part is that both of those two telephone check ups came and went, and I still hadn’t had medication.
