TLDR: I've been cancelled on twice and the receptionist is insufferable. I was referred by my dentist late winter, and hadn't heard anything from Lipkin's office. Had to ask my dentist to check in on it several months later at my next appointment. They said they'd been calling, but I had no missed calls or voicemails from them when I checked.
