Very rude and unprofessional. Does not seem to care much about the patients, is very polite at first and whenever parents are around but is nothing like that whatsoever after that. Some staff was amazing, most was very rude and unprofessional as well. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Dr. Wright is an excellent orthodontist. His staff has always been helpful and friendly. I worked for 7 years as an orthodontist assistant and am very picky. We are glad we found Dr. Wright.
This doctor is a rip offer, STAY AWAY, They never answer the phone and when you leave a msg, it takes them long long time to answer, you have to leave serval msg before someone calles you back, then the someone dosn't know anythign anyway and has to leave a msg for someone else. Besides he is a rip offer
