The dermatologists themselves may be excellent, I strongly recommend that the clinic improve staff training and make sure receptionists are working from the same, accurate information when speaking with patients. Instead of hiring too many people answering calls but actually one well trained is enough to save the business efficiency, cost and higher rates of transforming the traffics to actual deal.
Expert, kind & patient clinicians, all with up to date knowledge regarding latest procedures & products. I ask a million questions and always feel heard supported and never rushed. Annadell is brilliant! Highly recommend this clinic for excellent treatments and care.
