I had a frustrating experience at Northside Dermatology Fitzroy. I was told over the phone that my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am, so I arrived on time—only to be told that I was actually booked in for 10:30 am. Had my first dermatologist appointment about 6 weeks ago with Dr Osti and then Nurse Anadelle. I was back for a follow up today with nurse Anadelle and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the reception check in to checking out the whole process had been wonderful. Anadelle has been so thorough with my skin and I look forward to my next treatment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Saw Dr Veysey for hand dermatitis/dishydrotic eczema. She listens, believes and supports your treatment. You don’t feel rushed and you don’t feel dismissed. A couple months after seeing Dr Veysey and with some easy changes to skin routine, my dermatitis does not affect my daily life anymore and I almost forgot I even have it.
