The admin staff in this surgery is ever so helpful and the doctors very professional and caring. Special thank you to Tracy who's done my ECG today, thank you for your positivity and kindness. I also wish to mention Dr Abbas, Dr Rafferty and Dr O'Neil for providing amazing care.
Dismissive, poor medical practice. I’ll give benefit of the doubt that they’re probably very busy and have a huge number of patients, and likely not enough staff or resources to deal with them. Telephone appointments only, which is difficult for a number of reasons, including struggling with poor mental health. No medication reviews in approximately 4/5 years of being under this practice. I have nothing but praise for this surgery. The whole team are professional, friendly and very helpful. I always get an appointment when needed, usually on the same day!
Horrible service from reception and doctors get argumentative when your trying to seek help for ur health I wld rather suffer than have to go thru the no help n stress u receive from this doctors no wonder people just go to the hospital doctors suppose to be taking the ease of the hospitals? No help what so ever I’m worried for my health and being a single parent and just leave me in this was the doctor was so impatient with me all I wanted was antibiotics disgusting service wld NOT giv me them!
Most doctors do they work it's always someone who keeps away from you and only taking I like this place I recommend if anyone interested
