Dr. Broyles is patient and friendly, and I'm pleased with the quality of care I've received from him. The office experience leaves something to be desired, though. The front desk receptionist was fairly terse and unfriendly, and downright rude on the phone when I called to try to set up an appointment -- and that's when you can get through (when you aren't rung through to an automated message that they're away, or getting a busy signal).
