Dr. Cook is one of the best doctors I’ve ever worked with—the only reason this office gets any stars. However, the front-end manager is unprofessional and likely keeps Dr. Cook in the dark. After 12 years as a patient, I had a $100 bill my wife hadn’t reviewed yet. When I arrived for my appointment, they refused to see me unless I paid immediately. Dr. Cook is 5 stars by far. This is about the billing staff. When my insurance changed, they said I could not come in. I told them I would pay out of pocket to see Dr. Cook, and they say I cannot do that because I have insurance…? I called another clinic, and they confirmed I can see who I want and pay out of pocket if I’d like. Thank you, Marie, for driving patients away from this clinic! It’s sad because the patients are screwed, and it’s all because of the rude billing staff.
Unethical: While the doctor is commendable, the front office staff, including Brie and the office manager, create a deeply disappointing and unscrupulous experience at this medical office in West Omaha. Avoid this place at all costs. They consistently overcharge and rely on ambiguous signage to obscure hidden fees, making it a highly unethical practice.
Dr. Cook is Awesome!! Personal, Attentive, Professional, Extremely Skilled and Knowledgeable (and has a Ton of Common Sense)! The Staff has always been friendly and helpful! It took me a long time to find the right Doctor for me, so glad I found this office!
I have never had a bad experience with the staff or most importantly Dr. Cook, he's very thorough, there to help you get and stay healthy
