Never go here if you’re covered with insurance they try to get you to pay more. They were telling me how I had to pay extra so I said no way in Gell and went to a cheaper place. I know this business won’t be there long not only are they reckless with your frames but rip offs.
Their diligence saved my father's eyesight. On December 7, 2018, my father went to them after waking up disoriented, with what he described as grey blotches in his field of vision and some bright flashes. They diagnosed him with retinal detachment, which is essentially the retina "peeling off like wallpaper" as they described it to him; a significant portion of his retina was detaching. receptionists were very condescending to me when I came to pick up an order late. unfortunately I had dealt with some heavy personal losses due to Covid and couldn’t come in to pick up my order on time. Front staff didn’t care, acted like I was stupid and told me if I wanted to re-order I had to put a deposit down. I wish I could give this place less than one star. I have been a patient here for years as well as my children. Dr Nardone himself is the worst optometrist I have met. He is very dismissive about concerns or changes, NEVER finds anything wrong and rushes you out. Heaven forbid you ate a woman because he becomes very condescending. I have experienced this with him on more than one occasion, but funny when seeing one of his no longer there associates my children and myself have major prescription changes that are actually effe... read more
Very thorough with examinations and staff is very kind and helpful, started with Carly then ended my examination with Dr. Chow both outstanding job and very satisfied with my visit
