I was recently under the care of Dr. Ulrich and his team for a stubborn double ear infection that would not go away. Their unique triage system shows that patient care is their priority. I have been a patient of Dr. Ulrich’s for approximately 15 years. Dr. Ulrich works with me to address my hearing needs and inner ear issues. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions, and he explains in terms I understand. I have complete confidence in Dr. Ulrich. Additionally, everyone that works at his office has been nothing less than pleasant, competent, and professional!
I was a patient for several years. Dr. Ulrich saw me for my ears. He wanted me to get an MRI on my nose. I couldn't afford it. In the meantime I had several ear problems. I tried to go back because my primary doctor said I should follow up with him. The receptionist said he would not see me because I didn't have my MRI done. She also said that he no longer does ear problems just sinus issues. He will only see me if I get my test done to see if my ears are do to sinus issues. I feel he is just in his practice for the money.
