Dr. Lovin was a great surgeon. Although the surgery went well, I had a horrible experience with her. She found out about my mother being a nurse during our initial visit. From then on she spoke down to me and made me feel like I was the dumbest person to exist on planet Earth. She treated my mom as if she were my son’s mother and disregarded me as a whole. We love Dr. lovin!
Front desk interpreter VERY sassy and immature. We were running late so we called them and let them know. We asked if we should reschedule the appointment or just come. They told us to just come. When we got here, the front desk clerk said to my wife, "one more minute and you'd be a no show," and then proceeded to check us in. I explained to her that we called ahead and were told to come in. She diagnosed our daughter with VUR & did her surgery. Success on the surgery, no more UTIs! She explained everything so well before the surgery when we were just trying to figure out what was going on with our baby. Very kind, super patient, extremely knowledgeable. She’s amazing.
I’m so thankful for Dr.Lovin! We arrived to find out there was a miscommunication with my son’s appointment and we were actually scheduled for the following week. She was so considerate of our situation and worked us into her busy schedule. She also took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed by how busy the office was on this day.
