I read a lot of reviews and looked at the backgrounds of many doctors before deciding to take my frail 80yr old mother-in-law, currently struggling with cognitive issues, to Doctor Calmes. I am SO glad that I chose him! Professionally: He is very knowledgeable and was very thorough and gentle in the physical exam! He took his time in asking questions during the evaluation and would restate them when needed to help her better understand the question. He has been my arthritis doctor for many years now & I think he's the best!
I have had 5 previous Rheumatologists that have all contradicted each other in my diagnoses. I have become wary and angered at not getting definate answers that I can rely on being correct. I was referred to Dr. Calmes by my niece who raved about his professionalism and accuracy. I read reviews on Dr. Calmes and felt he was the doctor for me.
