Dr Koole has been my MD for over two decades and I consider myself very lucky. She has always been incredibly punctual (unheard of most medical practices - often retrieving me herself from the reception area when her RN is busy), she is extremely thorough, endlessly kind and so knowledgeable. I could not ask for a more wonderful family doctor.
