I have been using Dr.Connell for 25 plus years off and on and have enjoyed having used him. I had to see him today for something simple that resulted from a new partial he had made. A crown that he had made from a bridge so his design for the new partial would work. I was assuming that since his work didn't hold up that he would stand behind his work and glue it back with no charge. Instead I am asked to pay 77.00 for gluing it back on.
