As a new patient referred due to kidney stone was seen by NP. Passed the stone before my follow up. Had a urine culture and UTI. PRESCRIBED antibiotics which didn't work. Called office 2 times left message and never recieved call back. Went to a walkin clinic, after culture have a very bad bacteria infection and now on iv antibiotics for 10 days three times a day. Has been my wife's urologist for years. She has a kidney stone and is in a lot of pain. He has seen the stone on a CAT scan and has given her an appointment for the end of NEXT MONTH!!! With NO pain medication in the meantime! He has obviously never had a kidney stone! I have and this is ridiculous! He will no longer be her urologist! She will be moving to a different urology group today!
He has been my urologist for years. I have had numerous kidney stones. He has never had one and has no sympathy. When I've had to have surgery to have one out He pawns it off on another dr. Today he sent me for CT and I have another one and will not give me anything to alleviate the pain because he says it shouldn't hurt. I am finally done with him
Dr. Phillips is a consummate professional, practicing exemplary medical and patient care. He was both confident and empathetic, resulting in my trust and comfort that not only would my urinary issues would be addressed, I was confident they would be alleviated. I was supposed to get a procedure done, but after my initial visit they ghosted me. I tried to get an appointment for almost a year. I am now seeing a different Doctor.
