I had the most horrible experience with the clinic administration. The doctor’s office was extremely non-responsive. The assistant had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I had a question that I had to ask the doctor before an operation. I called the doctor more than six times over a few days. Every time the assistant just said she would ask the doctor the question and called me back, but she never did. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Desmond Ward and his team! I went in for a consultation regarding my wisdom tooth, and to my surprise, we were able to do the procedure the same day! Dr. Ward is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and truly made me feel at ease. The best part? I didn’t feel a thing—not even the usual “pressure”.
