If I could give a 0 I would. I had the worst care possible at this place that caused a lot of emotional distress. The NP Kristen confirmed my thoracic fracture after ER diagnosed me and she told me my symptoms were mental and I needed a psychiatrist come to find out from Neurosurgery I have a broad based disc at C5-C6 that is pressing the thecal sac that protects the spinal cord and nerves so it was actually neurological from the compression fracture. If u wanna wait 30 min plus past your appointment time then this is the place for you. 3 appointments and all more than 30 minutes waiting for an 8 am appointment.
Well... apparently if you upset the rude children that work the front desk.... somehow your paperwork work gets lost and your referrals don't make it out the office. Rude and abrasive followed by a side of incompetent arrogance. The jaded opinion of why someone needs medical aid floats through the office like a pungent odor that clings to the nonprofessional demeanor of those who willing embrace the opportunity to trash your day and visit. 🤡🤮🤨🧐
Dr. Delapp did a great job on my shoulder years ago and I'm very grateful for that but the employees at the window are snappy and extremely abrasive. If you can make it pass the attitudes while getting checked in for your appointment then you'll be taken care of. Sad thing is if you're at the Doctor you clearly already have an issue let alone being met with another while attempting to sign in. The more you ask the worst the attitudes get from the front desk. ☹️
He worked on my knee and my shoulder. I can barely stand or use my arm now won’t get a third chance.
