I've know Dr. Cranor for nearly 40 years and he has been my primary physician for over 30 years. I drive over 30 minutes each way to see him and I do that because of my trust in his care. His office is always pleasant and I certainly don't dread going to see him.

My family and I were sitting outside, just waiting for my cousin from the dentist next door. And the front desk lady Heather was rude to us. And asked us to move 5 feet away from her building. Because our children were making her patients "uncomfortable." When their are a bunch of children right next door. We weren't trying to bother anyone. She was really rude, due to her being mad at children. If it were just us adults fine. But to be mad at children for being well behaved. Is just flat out immature.

MDVIP is doing an awesome job! Heather at the front desk is welcoming and polite, she always ask about my day. Dr. Cranor takes time with his patients, he is very attentive and compassionate. Their team goes above and beyond!
