Basically Dr French was not competent enough to help me and my continual symptoms. Should have referred me to someone else for a second opinion because he was clueless to my condition and how to provide professional care. Left me “high and dry” when he couldn’t provide help for me and my symptoms which have been going on for over two years. He was professional and friendly as his staff was as well but was incompetent in providing a solution for my issue. This office doesn’t even know what insurance they do and don’t take, and haven't updated with insurers to have themselves removed. They are still listed in my current in-network provider directory (electronic and updated often), yet they do not accept my marketplace insurance. Navigating this entire patient care system is a joke, and nobody at any level seems to care.
Dr. French is an incredible doctor. I had seen a number of ENTs before I found him & I truly feel like he was an answer to prayer! He examined me more thoroughly & was able to perform a surgery that was both a better option than other ENTS had recommended and he was able to get insurance to cover it! THANK YOU Dr. French! I have been here a couple of times, and will continue to do so. The doctors and staff are exceptional! I highly recommend this location.
Dr. French was my dad’s ENT throughout his cancer stage, Dr, French and his excellent staff took such great care of him! Always very thorough, always so kind and friendly! You couldn’t ask for a better ENT!
