Dr. French is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and truly cares about your health. His staff are all super friendly and helpful too.
Had a Septoplasty procedure done by Dr. French at Northside Cherokee. I was actually referred to them through my insurance and was very happy. The entire process from initial exam, scheduling, surgery, to post op went very well! I would definitely recommend them for an ENT.
Basically Dr French was not competent enough to help me and my continual symptoms. Should have referred me to someone else for a second opinion because he was clueless to my condition and how to provide professional care. Left me “high and dry” when he couldn’t provide help for me and my symptoms which have been going on for over two years. He was professional and friendly as his staff was as well but was incompetent in providing a solution for my issue. This office doesn’t even know what insurance they do and don’t take, and haven't updated with insurers to have themselves removed. They are still listed in my current in-network provider directory (electronic and updated often), yet they do not accept my marketplace insurance. Navigating this entire patient care system is a joke, and nobody at any level seems to care.
