Just called as we were referred here to make an initial appointment. Before making an appointment I was asked my social security number (which I declined to give until I arrived for appointment). Next I was required to give them NOW...all insurance information as they "have to make a file". I was not asked why we were coming, what problem there might be, only a demand for information related to payment, including private social security number.
