The front desk and office Manager not friendly at all. I understand Serving and genuine bed side service. The front office are rude, racist, and have no compassion. I believe in grace so I continued to return to them, I called one day to set up an appointment and ask for my medical records, the next thing I know I receive a letter in mail saying I’m non compliant to my medical regimen and I’m no longer welcome as a patient.. Had my first Endocronology appointment which took nearly 2 months to get in to PA, Syoufi was much longer so I opted to go the PA route as I was told PA works side-by-side with the doctor. It's actually true. Went to PA and she assessed my quite thoroughly and had a few questions for the doctor who then came in at the end of my appointment and was generous with his time and answered all my newbie questions (so many questions with self-diagnosed nocturnal hypo-glycemia) which I give them both high ratings.
