I felt super judged by Dr. Syoufi. He lectured me for being 214 pounds. I've already lost 100 pounds. He also looked at my toes in disgust. I just needed a pedicure. The micro aggressions were massive. Luckily, I don't often deal with him. That said, his office staff also sucks and are rude. They never get the authorization codes submitted in time and you have to hound them to get things accomplished.
The staff at this office is always great. But only going here for maybe a little over a year. But they treat me like I’ve been going there forever. They asked me about my Disney trips which I take a lot of. Emily is especially great. She’s worked with myself my son and my wife. My son had a special hard time dealing with his diabetes and was not doing too well. But Emily got him back on track and he’s doing much better. With my wife Emily have gotten her A1c down from in the upper 11 to the last visit which was around eight.... read more

The front desk and office Manager not friendly at all. I understand Serving and genuine bed side service. The front office are rude, racist, and have no compassion. I believe in grace so I continued to return to them, I called one day to set up an appointment and ask for my medical records, the next thing I know I receive a letter in mail saying I’m non compliant to my medical regimen and I’m no longer welcome as a patient..
