Dr. Saidi, isn't just the best ENT, he's THE BEST doctor Ive ever had. He did a surgery on my nose, which consisted of polyp removal, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction. I was really scared to do this surgery, but he assured me that I was in good hands. The surgery went well and without complications. Dr. Saidi, is calm, caring, attentive, and knows what he's doing. Don't waste your time here - incompetence at every step of the way. I called in to get to find out why my prescription refill had been denied, and the woman on the line told me it was in fact sent out to the pharmacy. I show up at the pharmacy and they tell me it's still denied. I called the practice again now she tells me it was sent out and then canceled (because apparently "the doctor can do that"). Make that make sense. Your employees would rather lie to cover themselves than provide helpful directions.
Highway robbery. Almost $400 for a hearing exam (listening to beeps) and cleaning out some scabs/ear wax with insurance. Dr. Saidi ignored when I said I was still feeling popping in my left ear and said the exam readings were normal. I ended up going to the urgent care and being diagnosed with eustachian tube dysfunction 2 months later.
Made an online reservation and then the DR canceled my reservation all because of some insurance bs some dr he is only interested in the money wouldn't care if anybody had an emergency thanks for wasting people's time
