I am extremely disappointed with this pediatrician’s office. The wait times are completely unacceptable every visit turns into over a 2-hour wait, even when you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. For a place that serves children, this level of inefficiency is frustrating and inconsiderate. What makes it worse is their lack of communication and organization. Ever since Dr Huberman left, this place has been going down. I did an allergy test on my child since January 2nd. No one called to tell me about the results or what came back on the results. I assumed everything was good with the blood work. I decided to take him to an ENT upon testing, I had to get an epi pen after the results (15 minutes after testing) from the Ent because of food allergies. I wish Google would allow for zero stars. AVOID THIS PRACTICE !!! DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE WITH YOUR CHILDREN'S CARE OR YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION. This office has not been the same since Dr. Huberman has left. The front desk is disorganized and dismissive. Everything happening in this office feels like a SCAM to charge your insurance. Dont expect any follow up on tests or screenings. My daughter had a xray done over 4 months ago and I still have not been contacted with results. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel parents should be aware of this office’s appointment process. My child had an annual physical, which is supposed to be fully covered by insurance. However, after the physical, I was told I needed to schedule a separate follow-up appointment to complete things like reviewing labs, discussing results, and obtaining required school forms.
