I just came to look at the reviews because I had a bad experience with this Dr. I usually do that before making an appointment, but this time I didn't. However, I was never treated that way by a medical provider. I said, "Let's see if it's just me or if this doctor really has no empathy ." She asked me something, and in the middle of my answer, she interrupted me, without going into details. Great doctor been seeing her for 10 years wouldn’t go to anyone else
Dr. Ruiz has no people skills. She is very robotic. During my appointment instead of talking to me like a human, she read my chart again after the nurse had just done so. When I asked questions wanting her opinion on a few things she sounds very scripted and always suggesting a medication for everything.
