Dr. Wayne is an amazing plastic surgeon. He is incredibly particular about who he performs surgery. He is very professional, but friendly. You leave his office feeling like you have a new friend, a friend who can help make you look amazing! You can call and talk to him or Charity Mayhew, his PA any time you have a question after your surgery. They are both great at explaining what to expect and then help you with pain management as well as swelling and scarring concerns.

For mohs repair surgery, I do not recommend Dr. Wayne. Both he and his nurse were very impersonal and each time I had an appointment it felt rushed. Minimal explanations were given. He was even late to the hospital, even though I was his first surgery of the day. This is the first time I have ever had a negative experience with a doctor. The scar is also much larger than explained or expected, and it is right on my face! I greatly regret having Dr. Wayne do my wound repair surgery.
