While Dr. Sabio seems to be a good doctor, some of his staff members need to take a course on professional etiquette and patient care. Whomever the lady is that has a heavy accent is rude, unprofessional, insecure, abrupt, and ought not to have any interactions with patients! Messages are not relayed AT ALL to the doctor regarding medication requests and you will never get that promised returned call. Dr. Sabio is fine. A good doctor. His nurses and med techs seem to be good people who know how to be respectful and interact with the patients appropriately. His Waldorf “office manager” though, apparently believes herself to be the absolute ruler of the medical profession. She is rude, takes medical decisions on her own although (self admittedly) she has no medical degree of any type. She is not a Doctor, nurse or even medical technician. Compassionate care. Listens to your concerns and executes a care plan.
Dr.Sabio has been wonderful on my health journey and does his best to help you symptomatically while getting to specialists! He listens and doesn't make me feel afraid or stupid, and breaks everything down super well if I don't understand something.
I respect a Dr. that is not always trying to shove meds on you and listens to you first. And when you leave his office you don't feel empty handed so to speak.
