I had an ultrasound of the abdomen as well as pelvis at this facility and although the technician seemed experienced she was not professional. She was rude to me and did not give me any information about what to expect nor what she was doing to my body. The room was cold. It may have been a reflection of her wanting to get out on time as I had to drink more water to fill my bladder and kept her 10 minutes past 5pm. However, this should never be projected onto the patient.
