I started seeing Dr. Quackerman around 2022 when the pulminolgist I had been seeing retired. At the time this practice had close to a five star rating with many glowing reviews. I found the office staff to be amazing, but my experience with the doctor and nurse practitioner were anything but okay. For over a year I begged them for more testing. Complete garbage office from staff to doctor. Made an appt for a first time visit and sat in waiting area for over an hour to start. When I was finally called backed I was placed in a room and sat for another 25 minutes before this clown Dr Ackerman finally walked in. Didn’t listen to my concerns. He was too busy trying to get me to change my sleep apnea follow ups to his office. I canceled my follow up and went to Advent Health Pulmonology that’s right do the street. Great service and incredible staff and doctors.
