He is a great Dr who cares about his patients
I have had a great experience with my appointments and interactions with Dr El Takli and his staff. The phone number isn’t working, it is a constant busy signal. Would someone be able to get through to them and then me please? Thank you
Extremely rude and runs this clinic on their own terms. You get just one quick call after 8 months of wait and they tell you date and time which could be 3-4 weeks from the date of call. No reminders, no emails and when I spoke to DRs assistant Kam, she was extremely rude and said this is how we operate. Hung up on me when I asked to be rescheduled and says you need to go through your family doctor again and referred to us. Had a Colonoscopy & endoscopy Feb 2023. My f/u appointment is end of November 2024. Thats right almost a full two years. 21 months since my procedure. I DON'T have a family doctor so I have no idea about the results. Must not be too bad cuz they rescheduled so far in the future. Dr El-Takli seems nice and Cam is very friendly if you get into see them.
The receptionist is so rude and enjoys rescheduling you whenever is convenient to her and calls constantly to rebook you. But beware if you need to reschedule as she stated they do not reschedule appointments.
