Was treated very poorly by this office had a mri done two week ago I've been calling the office multiple times no one wants to help now today they gave me a telehealth appointment for Monday Im shocked at the costumer service I dont know if its a language barrier or what but I never received a call a back after calling 3 times

The reason for the long wait is the sheer number of patients he has; and if he has so many, it is because he is an excellent doctor who shows great compassion, empathy, and patience, alongside his extensive medical knowledge. You cannot judge his medical expertise based on language; the fact that you are evaluating his professionalism based on a language barrier says a lot about *you*.
