Sadly I have been trying to get an appointment with the doctor, it's not him it's his staff, they have not returned a phone call to me after 5 calls and one to the office manager. No one answers the phone it's always voice prompts. Its sad, this is a person who is supposed to care for people but the staff makes you think that no one there is really "there" for the patient just their money. It is very sad that things like this go on, so I guess i'll never get any care if I continue to wait for this sloppy excuse of an office.... read more

Dr. Decastro and her staff are always professional and she listens and explains everything so that you understand.. Natasha was very nice and the young lady that checked me in today as well
