Communication is lacking so badly at this office. This is my second pregnancy Dr. Decastro and her team are supposed to be monitoring my thyroid hormone levels throughout due to my thyroid disease and both times it’s been nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone or to call me back about lab work. I love Dr. DeCastro so much! She is always so attentive to my needs and takes the time to listen. She is never in a hurry. Her staff is amazing as well. It's so nice to call an office and someone actually answers the phone. I had missed some lab work and her staff was so nice and helpful getting me rescheduled.

This is a specialist and if you have a need you cannot get an appointment for 3 months. If you need to reschedule any appointments there is a 90 day wait. What need do you have for a doctor you can never see. Horrible! They have no availability and no care or regard for your circumstances.
