Dr. Decastro is the leading Endocrinologist in this area, especially for Hashimoto's. Unlike many doctors who depend only on test results, she considers the entire picture—comparing symptoms with test outcomes to see what's working and what isn’t. She uses her extensive knowledge to go above and beyond, which is rare in healthcare. I am one of those patients who, despite good lab results, still feels terrible and falls into that 2% where symptoms persist regardless of test results.
