I am very satisfied with all services provided by Dr. Ruiz. I find that he is empathetic and extremely attuned to my health issues. He never hesitates to examine and explore ways to ameliorate all and any conditions I bring to his attention. Dr. Ruiz is very proactive in his health care. By that I mean that if he suspects there is even the slightest possibility of any malady due to age, association, or family history, he recommends frequent tests. My mom has been trying to get scheduled in as an Existing New PT with Dr. De la Rosa for the past 2 months!! And everytime they cancel her appt at last minute (3 times). Now they saying that Dr. Ruiz is NOT ACCEPTING new patients. They just cancelled her appt again. Don’t waste your time with this office, staff is rude and have no sympathy for the patients. Do not recommend!!
