My mom has been trying to get scheduled in as an Existing New PT with Dr. De la Rosa for the past 2 months!! And everytime they cancel her appt at last minute (3 times). Now they saying that Dr. Ruiz is NOT ACCEPTING new patients. They just cancelled her appt again. Don’t waste your time with this office, staff is rude and have no sympathy for the patients. Do not recommend!!
