The people there are nice, but their policy is ridiculous. They pick and choose on if they want to take your insurance or make you pay out-of-pocket. Regardless is if it’s covered by your insurance or not
I was prescribed a medication for sleep that needed a doctors authorization sent back to the insurance. My insurance has never received this and my pharmacy even called the doctor. He refused to listen to me or the pharmacy and was very rude to me and the pharmacist. I will never go back.
