The receptionists and nurses are lovely but tried to book an appointment only to be told that my family are now banned from the practice for I don’t know why. I haven’t seen Dr Aziz since May and that was for a medical certificate. They claimed to of sent me a letter outlining the reasoning behind this and i never got this. Would not even recommend to satan
Normally east side medical centre is quite good when we see Dr hassian we have never had a issue what so ever. However today we took my 16m old there whos covered in blisters from hand foot and mouth. Dr hassian was not available so we had to book with a different lady she glossed over the fact our son has blisters and was getting annoyed with my sick son screaming. These doctors are definitely not in it for the patient not one but multiple times my appointment was unprofessional don’t even assess the patient or get all details just hand over pills paying for a 3 min appointment with nothing achieved is ridiculous need to be shut down was just given medication with no tests completed or care
Unfair Billing & Dismissive Treatment At my husband’s recent appointment with Dr. Ahmed Hussain, he requested follow-up blood work to monitor his progress after three months of dietary changes for high iron and cholesterol. Dr. Hussain said the tests would require private billing, but when we arrived at the lab, the nurse was confused—these tests were eligible for bulk billing. One of the receptionist has an attitude problem, definitely don't need that when your making a doctors appointment. I have no problem with the doctors.
