I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The visit felt rushed and dismissive, and the clinical notes contain multiple inaccuracies and internal inconsistencies that do not reflect my condition. Although an examination was performed, it was brief, rushed, & improperly conducted, with strength testing performed incorrectly. The entire appointment lasted less than five minutes... I had my surgery May 29, 2025. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. He told me that he would treat me like he would his mother. He did just that. He came to check on me in the hospital right after I had my surgery to make sure I was doing well. I would refer him to my family and friends.

My husband recently underwent a lower lumbar fusion with Dr. Karikari. He is only 40 years old and this was not a procedure we knew much about. From the beginning , our options were explained to us in detail and we were never pressured or rushed to make a decision. Dr. Karikari and his team were absolutely incredible. I recently had a laminectomy to remove a large cyst from my spine. It had been causing severe pain for several months. I chose to see Dr. Karikari because of his care and compassion. He was never in a hurry and always answered all my questions. The procedure was a huge success and I no longer have pain. I was able to get back to life. . It was a bit of a wait to get an appointment and surgery, but he was worth the wait. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a neurosurgeon. He was an answer to my prayers.
