Dr. Blau is an outstanding physician and deserves a better support staff. Problems not recent; lodged complaints with supervisors. Currently called for appt at 4:30 and at 5:10 I'm still on hold listening to off-key music - no answers, no announcements.
The receptionist takes all your information then she says The doctor will decide or not whether he will take you! Just because you get away with this doesn’t mean that it’s OK!
He is patient with a good sense of humor, explains tests and Diagnosis in detail that a Non Medical Person can understand and is extremely through
