After having a pulmonary function test, I ask for the results from the staff, but they kept telling someone would call me. No one ever did, so I had to go to the office. After the follow up appointment a pulse oximeter was prescribed but not annotated so I had to call five times to get the device. After the test was complete oxygen was prescribed, but the durable device company does not accept VA coverage.
