I booked THREE appointments for my son to get cavities filled and all THREE times I had to reschedule him AFTER I came in for the appointment. They didn’t call to ask if I could reschedule, they waited until I got there to “apologize” for the inconvenience. The doctor Iris Shields admitted to being overbooked and understaffed. They just need patients to show up so they can charge the insurance company before they reschedule their clients! Dr. Shields is an absolutely wonderful dentist!!! My whole family has been seeing her for over 20 years and she has always been caring, professional, and well informed. I highly recommend her!!!
