Dr. Shields has been great. She addressed and resolved issues my original dentist didn't/couldn't. I've got a lot of confidence in her and won't be going anywhere else.
Dr. Shields is amazing! She is professional, kind, and patient! She listens to all of my questions and takes her time to ensure I understand what her plan involves as we move forward with my dental needs. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist. Dr. Shields makes me feel so comfortable. I no longer dread going to the dentist thanks to her! I'm so glad my friend recommended her to me! I highly recommend Dr. Shields for all your dental needs.
I booked THREE appointments for my son to get cavities filled and all THREE times I had to reschedule him AFTER I came in for the appointment. They didn’t call to ask if I could reschedule, they waited until I got there to “apologize” for the inconvenience. The doctor Iris Shields admitted to being overbooked and understaffed. They just need patients to show up so they can charge the insurance company before they reschedule their clients! Dr. Shields is an absolutely wonderful dentist!!! My whole family has been seeing her for over 20 years and she has always been caring, professional, and well informed. I highly recommend her!!!
