Edit : Fall 2023 SHE RETIRED! I had an appointment with Dr. Irina Tkach-Chubay in early January 2020. Twice my appointment was rescheduled (it was my first visit so I would have been a new patient ) the administrative apologized for rescheduling my appointment twice but it was because Dr.Irina had two baby deliveries. Their phone system works based on call-order so if the office is really busy the automatic system will have you on hold based on a number until it’s your turn. Don’t know the Dr. Waited for almost 3 month for my appointment. I got my period a night before the appointment. Called to reschedule, the front office rep was very rude. Said “it’s not our problem you have your period and you have to wait three more months till the next open slot”. When I asked why they were so rude to me, they rephrased and said that they are double-booked and they are extremely busy.
