Ive been patient for years with this office, but time after time im left disappointed and untreated. Its always a different doctor and most the time your referred to someone else again anyway only to come back to a different Dr who wants to do something entirely different. Its painful and confusing for everyone. Paper work is almost guaranteed to be lost between the receptionist and the doctor, if you ask the receptionist she will promptly ignore you until you can get a 2nd appointment.
Zero stars, why is it every time I call I am told to go to urgent care, you re a damn doctor my spouses doctor gets them in quick, terrible receptionist and terrible doctor.
She is our family doctor and she is someone who asks questions, does not assume rather becomes clear about what she is doing, listens to you and holds your hand throughout. She cares for us and we can sense it, that’s the best part. Thanks for being our physician!
