My father passed away at Marymount, Cleveland clinic, Ohio. This so called doctor supposed to sign his death certificate but she was nowhere to be found. Funeral home and hospital staffs tried multiple time reaching to her leaving message. Never replied, never returned call. My father died on 5th October and she signed the DC on Oct 11th. For her carelessness we had wait 1 whole week to send the body to its final destination. Very practices very poor work ethic. At the end I would say, be a humane first.
