I have been visiting her since my 20s and she knows me until this day as I speak. Dr. Irene Jernazian met me and she found me in another clinic and she told me she knows how I feel and she said she will solve my problem and she did. Today I've been Stable perfectly 100 percent. Out of all the other pyschiatrist I've been to she is the one that brought me back on my feet completely in every way shape and form. She’s awful to work with. If you go by her she will make you feel very shameful for having mental issues. Very mean and full of attitude.
For starters: her front desk staff is the worst. Very rude, short, and all but called me a liar after the Dr was late to a confirmed phone appointment, stating that it was supposed to be virtual. Even after I sent her the confirmation texts (this is how her staff communicates) the office rep was rude and dismissive. It took an entire month to coordinate the completion of insurance paperwork, which was due to the lag-time from the insurance company, but also I'm sure the result of her inefficient staff. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Jernazian. Doctor was very helpful, patient, very detailed, and did not rush. I was told she was very experienced and nice with patients, but my visit exceeded all expectations. I felt a big relief after seeing Dr. Jernazian . She really helped me with my emotional condition. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for very professional and good hearted doctor.
