Doctor Szeto truly cares for her patient and will do her best to reach out. She spends time and follows up - for 11 years we are happy being under her care
I love the office.. I've held 3 primaries and Dr. Szeto by far the best. I would not trade her for any other.
The individual answering the phone today was horrible. How does Jen think it is ok to tell one of your patients of 16 years that they would need to go to urgent care or the emergency room because you will be out of the country until the end of the month. That is unprofessional on her part to even suggest that we should pay those fees when clearly there will be an on call doctor, yet she could suggest whom would be taking your patients while you were to be gone just there are a slew and that I needed to call back tomorrow on ... read more
