I was a patient for at least 2 years.after i received a notification from my pharmacy that they are not able to get refills for my meds and that the doctor did not respond.I called Dr Baral's office just to be rerouted to another medical facility who informed me that the doctor has shut down operation and the office is no longer open to patients.Disappointing!!
The appointment went fine, but when it came time to actually try and access my files, I was told that she left and dumped our files with someone else. No notification of this at all, I had to find out from another doctor who tried to get my files. Called the new office and was told that I wouldn’t be able to get my files until she got back from sabbatical and that they didn’t even know when she’d be back. So now I have to get all these tests done AGAIN. I’ll be going to another doctor from now on.
