Working with Dr. Irena gave me a better understanding of myself and my partner. She has a way of really listening and helping you slow down enough to feel understood. Honestly, best thing we did for our relationship. Dr. Irena is so easy to talk to and not judgy at all. My girlfriend and I actually understand each other now instead of just fighting about the same stuff. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Irena was warm and welcoming from the first session and put me at ease.
