I was hospitalized during my pregnancy and had serious concerns with his care plan. When I asked questions expressing my concern, he blatantly ignored me, then tried to strike up unrelated conversation with my husband. He spoke to my husband more than he ever spoke to me, the patient, during my admission. I ended up needing to be life flighted to another state for emergency surgery. Front office staff is not at all helpful. They are not taking new patients so don’t waste your time on reading reviews or calling them.

Dr Michaelson & staff were absolutely amazing. They put me at ease, explaining things throughly, and they promptly visited me, both staff & Dr Michaelson very shortly after I was done. Aside from being rude and abrupt (which I don't mind in a decent physician) he incorrectly diagnosed me with cirrhosis of the liver and had an assistant call me out of the blue to deliver the news. After a year of misery trying to get in to see another specialist I was told I have absolutely no evidence of cirrhosis. Always get a second opinion!
