I had an excellent experience with Dr. Okete at City Clinic. From my very first visit, Dr. Okete made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. They take the time to listen carefully and explain everything in a clear and simple way, which really helped me understand my health The staff at City Clinic are also friendly and organized, making every visit smooth and stress-free.
Dr. Okete is very professional. She made me feel like a family and cared for. She assess carefully I highly recommend her as a family doctor. The staff are friendly, waiting time is acceptable and very clean environment. Thank You Dr. Okete and your team, job well done.
I am not one to leave reviews but I am genuinely so disappointed with this doctors office.They were accepting new patients and as someone with health issues, I require monthly check ins, I recently moved here and needed a new family doctor. My first issue is how unprofessional reception is. It is beyond difficult to book an appointment, I have called many times (20+) and no one answers the phone, this office is 35 minutes from my home so it isn’t convenient to go in person to book an appointment.
