My mom had been under his care at his Wickliffe office, and was in a rehab facility in January 2018. I had asked his nurse to have him call me when he was on rounds there. He never did Not until the day before she passed away when it was too late. And never was given any explanations of what caused her death. I would give a zero if possible. To the person below who says I have never met him. I have met him, and he lacked compassion.
