Would love to tell you how this Dr was but as hard as I tried I could not make an appointment to save my life. I call & call & call & no one answers then when you get really really lucky & someone does answer they put you on hold till it disconnects you anyway or they put you on hold just to hang up on you instead or they come back after putting you on hold for 18 minutes just to tell you sorry we got busy & then puts me back on hold, so they answered my call but wouldn't actually talk to me till the room was empty apparentl... read more
Dr. Moldovan is the best! She really cares about her patients and I have received nothing but excellent treatment!
I was trying to find a rheumatologist back in the fall of 2022 and after a horrible experience at a local office I found Dr. Moldovan and gave her office a call. They were able to fit me in right away, unlike most offices that had a very long waitlist. I am not exaggerating when I left my appointment with her almost in tears because of how kind, caring, and supportive she was. Dr. Moldavon is a very caring and is a blessing to me with my conditions that compromise my body, I recommend her to anyone I know with similar conditions.
I have no problem with Dr. Maldovan. I only saw her once and she seemed like a good dr although her receptionist was dismissive . However, the second time I went in, they were late opening up after lunch , then I. waited for over an hour in the exam room, and when I came out to see what was up there was nobody at the reception desk to speak to so i left. The receptionist when I checked in was rude both times I was there treating me like I was stupid so needless to say, even though I like Dr. Maldovan I wont go back
