Dr. Shpats is very rude and has a total disregard for the patients input on possible causes and multidirectional remedies. This Doctor gives the entire medical profession a negative opinion.
I went to her when my child was sick due to our pediatrician being out of town. I will never go back to her. Very unknowlegable. It looks like she doesn't know what to do.
I will never come back to this doctor. She saw that I was on government insurance and then refused to help.
This doctor's office is unorganized and inefficient. They seem to have more patients than they can keep up with. I have received very poor communication from the staff and have wasted time, money, and gas on them. My advice is to NOT go there!
She is absolutely UNKNOWLEDGEABLE. I believe visiting her is a waste of time and money. She does not listen to your problems.
